Hévízgyörk

The 6 ha property is situated east to the Gödöllö hills, in the valley of the Galga stream. This picturesque valley is home to numerous villages and due to its beautiful landscape and diverse flora and fauna it is very popular with tourists. It is also part of the National Ecological Observatory Network.

The property with its two fishponds is officially listed as inland area belonging to Hévizgyörk.There are fences at the boundaries with neighbouring estates.

The first fishpond was built during the land development process in the 70’s after turf mining  of the 60’s  was stopped. Its size is 1ha. Later, a larger, 1,2 ha fispond was created. The vegetation of the area is well-maitained and healthy. 

There is an artesian well on the grounds, which constitutes another valuable source for development possibilities( water rights implementation permit available). The quality and quantity of the water makes it suitable for bottling.

Electricity is on the gounds; water, gas and drainage can be  installed from within  400m distance.
